Welcome to CoqoonHealing. By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

CoqoonHealing offers sound healing sessions, which can be purchaseddirectly through the website.

Clients have the option to:

Purchase individual sessions

2. Bookings

All private sessions must be booked through the online store function.

A booking is confirmed once the payment is completed.

Clients and CoqoonHealing are selecting date and time of the session individually.

A bought session is non-refundable (unless required by law) and non-transferrable.

Group Sessions are booked through booking pages of collaborators of coqoon healing. The terms of service of the respective collaborator apply in this case.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Changes can be made by contacting us directly.

Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

4. Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late:

The session will still end at the scheduled time.

The full session will be counted as used.

5. Payments

All sessions must be paid for in advance via the website.

Prices are listed in EURO (€) and may change at any time.

Price changes do not affect already booked or purchased sessions.

6. Health Disclaimer

Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation and well-being.

Our services:

Do not replace medical or psychological treatment

Are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition

Clients participate voluntarily and are responsible for their own health and well-being.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoqoonHealing is not liable for:

Individual outcomes from sessions

Missed bookings due to incorrect information

Technical issues with the website or booking system

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, audio, branding, visuals) is the property of CoqoonHealing and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
